An Honest Diamond Rewards Review
Diamond Rewards, a reasonably new company pioneering the sale of precious stones through the Network Marketing industry. When Diamond Rewards launched, thousands of people were joining every day until it sort of… stopped. Diamond Rewards is headquartered in Brisbane, Australia where it was founded by David Wright. After having success in the industry, David decided to create a company with a product like no other. The products are diamonds and sapphires. Making precious and semi precious stones available to everyone, the company took off. It’s a great company, but is it really going to make you big money?
As you should know, Diamond Rewards pays out $600 when you cycle the first board and $10,000 when you cycle the second. You also receive a $5000 diamond upon cycling the second board. The company has a simple product and compensation plan. The founder is definitely a legitimate guy who has proven to be dedicated to Diamond Rewards. Opening up offices around the world, David is determined to grow Diamond Rewards on a large scale.
There’s really only one problem with Diamond Rewards, it’s a onetime payment. You pay $300 to get in and you get a $300 sapphire along with a position on the sapphire board. The company uses what’s called a revolving matrix. There is no residual income with revolving matrices which makes the program kind of suck. I joined Network Marketing to make a walk away residual income. Not to be paid for every time I work. Its limiting to be honest, the comp plan is very limiting.
With the revolving matrix, you are positioned on a sapphire board. There are two boards, the sapphire and the diamond board. As the website says, all you need is 2 people and you’re qualified to make $10,000. While that does sound very simple, most people will never recruit a fish! I personally got involved with Diamond Rewards, recruited more than 2 people and waited. Nothing happened, simply because I stopped recruiting. You can’t just recruit 2 and hope that they duplicate. In a perfect world, maybe Diamond Rewards would work. If you want to cycle both boards and make the 10k, you gotta recruit continuously. Once you stop, you probably won’t see much happen. I got caught up with other things and didn’t have time to carry on promoting the company.
I’m not saying it’s a bad opportunity as I really like the company. I think they have a cool product and a simple comp plan. As your paying a onetime fee, there is no residual income. You’re paid once every time you cycle and when you cycle the diamond board, you are given a new position.
Now let’s talk about the upgrades. After seeing TVI (A similar travel Network Marketing company with the same comp plan) fall to ashes when everyone stopped promoting, David Wright did something big. He added something called the V2 SuperCharge bonuses. It was a comp plan upgrade so every time you recruit a new rep, you get paid. It’s something like $100 for each new rep and it adds to the opportunity. You can also receive incentives like laptops, a vacation and even a new car for cycling 25 times. The truth is that it’s a good company and if you work hard at it, you will make money. It’s as simple as that.
I personally think it’s a bad idea to get involved with a company where you pay a onetime signup fee. I personally prefer to build up a residual that will pay me for life. I just think the comp plan is outdated and revolving matrices don’t work. That’s just my opinion and if you’re looking to build a long term income, look for a company where you pay monthly. It just makes sense.

You need a system to generate leads, prospect them and a system to help you sponsor reps into your company. Without a rock solid marketing, lead generation and recruiting system, you won’t make much money in Network Marketing.
